Costs at Montrosa

Here at Montrosa, we aim to keeping the costs as simple as possible. We are a non-profit making Community Beneficial Society registered as a mutual society with the Financial Conduct Authority. This means we are a Charity under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1893.

To maintain our charitable status, the society subsidises the rent, therefore benefiting the internal and external communities.

What does this mean to you?

Effectively, this means we aim to provide a good value, high quality living environment in as simple way was possible.

At the present time, it costs £545 per week to live at Montrosa and this rent overs all your costs with the exception of personal phone and our laundry service. We calculate the weekly rent in accordance with eligibility for Housing Benefit.

In a nutshell, we want it to be as easy and cost effective as possible for you to live at Montrosa. We take away your worries such as paying your Council Tax or increasing food bills. Let us deal with that.
